AIAA is a non-partisan entity; we work with any groups which shares and believes in our values and priciples.
Our primary objective is to assist immigrants become more and better American citizens/residents; this can be achieved through rapid and thorough 'Assimilation'.
Like every other group, immigrants are categorized into several sub groups; these are identified by individual situations; for example:
Highly educated immigrants:
Members of this group acquired advanced education
Members of this group lived in the cities prior to migration
Members of this group are susceptible to political persecution
Members of this group had opportunity to have lived in the cities
Members of this group worked in rural areas.
Members of this group is highly composed of women and their children
Members of this group is highly exposed to abuse, oppressions, and disadvantages
Members of this group lived in villages
This group is composed of 2 and 3 as listed above
This group is primarily made up of group 2 and 3.
This group is made up of groups 1 and 2
AIAA evaluates each immigrant and establishes their individual needs; no two categories have the same needs.
OUR ORGANIZATION REALIZED THAT THOSE WITH THE GREATEST NEEDS ARE WOMEN AND CHILDREN FOUND IN CATEGORIES 2, 3, 4 AND 5.
